QuantumLeek reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

QuantumLeek is an AI-powered content platform that allows users to create, publish, and share AI-generated articles and images. Users can generate articles in categories including Wi-ki (encyclopedia-style), Axiv (academic-style), and SCD (creative fiction). The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate written content and images based on user-provided topics and preferences.

You must register for an account to create and publish articles. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

QuantumLeek offers the following subscription plans:

Free Plan ($0.00 USD): Up to 3 AI-generated articles per month. Basic features including publishing, hearting, bookmarking, and commenting on articles.

Lite Plan ($5.00 USD per month): Up to 30 AI-generated articles per month. Priority AI generation, advanced AI prompts, higher quality images, Lite profile badge, early access to new features, priority email support, and custom article formatting.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Subscription fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis. QuantumLeek reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest level of payment security certification available.

Cancellation: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not used more than 3 articles during that period. After the 7-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the billing period. To request a refund, contact us at support@quantumleek.com.

Downgrading: When you cancel or downgrade, all your published articles remain live and accessible. Your bookmarks, likes, and comments are preserved. Your monthly article creation limit adjusts to the Free plan limit (3 per month) at the end of your billing cycle.

You retain ownership of the ideas and prompts you submit to the Service. AI-generated content is owned by you upon publication. You grant QuantumLeek a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your published content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

You may not use the Service to generate or publish content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes content that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes hate speech, or violates any applicable laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. QuantumLeek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as factual without verification.
